Shipping policy
1) Scope & promise
We ship worldwide. Orders may ship from multiple locations (e.g., supplier warehouses in Asia/EU/US or our GCC/U.S. 3PLs). You’ll always receive end-to-end tracking.
Default: Standard Shipping — Free on all orders.
Optional: Express / Courier (paid) on request at checkout or via support.
2) Order processing SLAs

Cut-off: 12:00 (GMT+3, Bahrain).

Processing time: 2–6 business days (stocked 3PL items usually same/next business day).

Orders placed Thu–Sat (GCC weekend) may process the next business day.
3) Fulfilment methods

Dropshipping (primary): Partners ship directly to you using tracked services (AliExpress Std, 4PX, YunExpress, CJPacket, etc.).

3PL (select SKUs): UAE/KSA or U.S. fulfilment centres ship stocked items via local couriers (Aramex, iMile, DHL, UPS).
Orders can be split; you may receive multiple parcels and tracking numbers at no extra charge.
4) Estimated transit times (business days)

UAE / KSA (stocked 3PL SKUs): 2–6 days

GCC via dropship (BH, KW, QA, OM, UAE, KSA): 7–15 days

Rest of Middle East: 10–18 days

Europe / North America / Asia-Pacific: 10–21 days

Remote areas / peak season: add 3–7 days
These are estimates. We’ll proactively notify you of any material delays.
5) Duties, taxes & import fees
We ship DAP (Delivered At Place) by default. Any customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees are payable by the recipient according to local regulations (e.g., KSA/ZATCA, UAE FTA, Bahrain NBR). If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, return/abandonment costs may be deducted from any refund.
6) Address changes & delivery issues

Address edits: Request within 2 hours of order (before dispatch).

Undeliverable / wrong address / uncollected COD: Courier return or re-ship fees may apply; repeated failures may restrict future COD eligibility.

PO Boxes: Not supported for express couriers; use a physical address.
7) Tracking & confirmations
Tracking links are emailed/SMS/WhatsApp’d when each parcel ships. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, contact us within 7 days so we can file a trace.
8) Lost or excessively delayed shipments

GCC dropship: eligible for reship/refund if not delivered within 30 business days from dispatch.

Rest of world: 40 business days.
We will open a carrier investigation first—outcomes determine reship or refund.
9) Pre-orders / backorders (if applicable)
We’ll display ETA on the product page. Entire orders may be held or split at our discretion to ship available items first.
10) Shipping upgrades & packaging

Express upgrade (DHL/Aramex/UPS): quoted at checkout or by request; non-refundable once shipped.

We may adjust packaging to reduce waste while protecting your gear.
